A Special Eid Celebration at Ninja Valley: "Everyone felt welcomed and respected"

At Ninja Valley Hamilton, we believe in the power of play to bring communities together—and last week, we had the honour of doing just that with the Waikato Somali Association as they hosted their Eid celebration in our arena.

From the outset, it was clear that this would be more than just an event—it was a celebration of culture, connection, and care. As Nesra Wale from the Waikato Somali Association so beautifully put it:

“We truly appreciated how accommodating you and your team were throughout the event. Your willingness to cater to our community’s needs—especially by providing a space for prayer and being mindful of our cultural and religious requirements—meant a great deal to us. It made everyone feel welcomed and respected.”

With ninja courses buzzing, smiles on every face, and an incredible community spirit filling the space, the evening was nothing short of magical.

“The children and families had a wonderful time, and your team’s professionalism and friendly service played a big part in making the event such a success.”

These words mean the world to our team. We pride ourselves on being a place where everyone—regardless of age, background, or ability—can feel at home, and it was a true privilege to support such a meaningful occasion.

To Nesra and the entire Waikato Somali Association, thank you for allowing us to be part of your celebration. We look forward to many more shared moments of joy, connection, and movement.
