Operations Manager and a real-life climbing Ninja

Josh has 13 years of climbing experience and is a grade 32 rock climber. He's built, managed, and maintained climbing operations in FIVE different countries! He also manages all our safety and trains all our Ninja Arena crew.

In his free time, he loves exploring NZ's many climbing spots with his partner.
