Celebrate in a decorated party space including lanterns, plates, cups, water, forks, napkins and table cloth.
Bring your own food and drink, or order from the Ninja Fuel Café when you arrive.
You must book your party online ahead of time.
You've got to book a party space if you want to bring in a birthday cake or food for all of your ninja mates.
From birthdays to big celebrations, Ninja Valley has Two Party Space Options to choose from.
Party Spaces | Downstairs
Best for: Groups who want to stay close to the action.
Located at the heart of the Ninja Arena, these five wheelchair-accessible ground floor spaces are perfect for kids who want to dart in and out of play with ease.

Mega Mezz Party Space | Upstairs
Best for: Large groups wanting a more elevated, exclusive experience.
The Mezzanine Terrace is our premium upstairs party space, offering spacious seating, and sweeping views over the Ninja Arena. Ideal for birthdays, team functions, and bigger gatherings.
Key Features:
Minimum 25 Playing Guests (Max 80 guests total, incl. non-players)
Private, elevated area with exclusive use of the terrace space
Comfortable sofa seating (tables/chairs on request in advance)
Overlooks the entire arena – watch the action from above

Party Packages and Pricing
We have three party packages available;
Option A: 1.5 Hour Party Package - with 1 HOUR Arena Pass play time (Last 30 minutes dedicated 'table time')
Option B: 2 Hour Party Package - with 1.5 HOURS Arena Pass play time (Last 30 minutes dedicated 'table time')
Option C: 2.5 Hour Party Package - with 2 HOURS Arena Pass play time (Last 30 minutes dedicated 'table time')
Downstairs: The first 8 minimum 'playing guests' are charged at one price and then each additional guest is charged at another, lower price.
Mezzanine: The first 25 minimum 'playing guests' are charged at one price and then each additional guest is charged at another, lower price.

Downstairs Party Spaces Key Info
The Downstairs Party Spaces are perfect for smaller groups. Each space is designed for 8 to 14 playing guests, with a maximum total of 25 people (including both playing and non-playing guests). You must have at least 8 playing guests to book one of these spaces. If your group is larger than 14 playing guests, you can book multiple downstairs spaces, and we’ll combine them for you.

Minimum booking requirement: 8 playing guests
Larger groups can book multiple spaces combined
All packages include 30 minutes of dedicated table time for cake, birthday celebrations post session (I.e. 2 hour package is for 1.5 hour arena time + 30 minutes following for birthday celebrations = 2 hours).
Playing concludes after your dedicated arena pass time and guests will not be able to play during your 30 minutes 'table time'
Upstairs Mezzanine Party Space Key Info
The Upstairs Mezzanine Party Space is ideal for bigger events. It can host 25 to 50 playing guests, with a maximum total of 80 guests (including non-playing guests). This space includes great views over the Ninja Arena and access to the outdoor terrace, offering a more private and spacious setting.

Playing vs. Non-Playing Guests
A “playing” guest is anyone who will be using the Ninja Arena – they’ll receive a wristband and be counted toward the playing guest total. Non-playing guests (such as parents or spectators) are free to attend but won’t receive a wristband or be able to use the Arena.
Playing guests: Receive wristbands and access to the Ninja Arena
Non-playing guests: Free to attend, no wristband, no Arena access
Ninja Fuel Cafe options
Got some hungry ninjas? Order party-portion food options from Ninja Fuel Cafe! Take a look in the cabinet to see what's freshly prepared, but these options may appeal most for your Ninja party.
Save yourself some hassle. Order the food when you arrive at Ninja Valley on the day of the party. That way it's all sorted, and we'll bring your order straight to your table when your time in the Ninja Arena is up. Your dedicated Ninja Crew Party Hosts are here to help.

The Ninja Fuel Cafe team will bring your food to you when you're finished playing and heading to your party space.
We know there are plenty of great food options in Bush Inn Mall, and it's great if you'd like to support them. Just a reminder, you've got to have a booked party space if you'd like to bring in a cake or party food.



Terms and Conditions
By booking a party space at Ninja Valley Christchurch, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.
All ninjas entering the arena must have Ninja Socks which can be paid for upon booking or upon checking in
A minimum of 8 "playing" ninjas is required.
The maximum capacity (playing and non-playing guests) of each party space is 25 downstairs.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on the day, when checking in.
The number of participating ninjas can be adjusted up or down (but not below 8 and not exceeding the maximum play guests per party space) when checking in at reception on the day of the booking. Any refunds will be made in the form of Ninja Gift Cards.
You are welcome to bring decorations as long as these are free-standing, don't interfere with other party spaces, and can be taken with you (No confetti, glitter or other decorations which will leave a mess)
Alcohol, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
